We know everyone’s stuck at home right now with lots of time to learn to bake bread and make your own beer. But we encourage something a lot simpler, with a really big payoff. Impress those in your house the next time you fire up the grill, and show them that you can use it for more than just chicken.

Marinating time: 1 hr
Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 tsp rice vinegar (can substitute white vinegar)
- black pepper or scotch bonnet to taste
- 2 scallions thinly sliced
- Olive oil (for oiling the grill)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat
- Remove from heat and allow to cook
- While marinade is cooling, remove tendon from pork tenderloin
- Once marinade is cooled, use half to coat tenderloin. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hr. Reserve additional marinade to coat cooked pork
- Cook on an oiled hot grill (or grill pan) placing thinner end towards the cooler side of the grill.
- Leave on long enough to get grill marks then turn and repeat until all sides have grill marks.
- Move tenderloin to the cook side of the grill and allow the cook until done (internal temperature of 145F)
- Remove from the grill and place into a pan, cover with remaining marinade, tent with foil for at least 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve
